About Ferret Nook Senior Center
Our Mission
We have changed our focus in the last few years to taking in senior ferrets on a very limited basis. After 35 years of caring for and adopting ferrets into loving homes, we are slowly retiring out of the shelter business. That being said, our residents enjoy the comforts of a senior care facility along with lots of love and attention. The ferrets can rest assured they will never have to worry about where their hammy is hung!
Our History
Ferret Nook Inc. was founded in 1996 by a group of passionate animal lovers who wanted to make a difference in their community. Since then, we have rescued and rehomed over 2,500 ferrets.

Our team of dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to provide the best possible care for our senior ferrets. They are passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to our mission.
